In a Relationship

Life is all about making choices and hoping they are the right ones! When we are very young our choices are limited, as, usually, our parents make many of them for us. However, as we get older we have more decisions to make for ourselves and the choices become more important. Making good choices can be difficult and sometimes, making a bad choice can stay with us for the rest of our lives.

In relationships, there are all sort of choices: “Shall I ask her/him out?” “Should I go out with him/her?”  “Should I have sex with this partner?” “Should I use a condom?”  “Should we live together/ get married/ have children or should I end the relationship?” Most of us don’t believe we can see into the future, so it is difficult to know how important each decision will prove to be in the great scheme of things, or what will happen if we do or if we don’t do something.
