How do i know if i am satisfying my wife sexually

Each time i ask my wife if am satisfying
her sexually she will always say yes. am
not really sure if she is telling me d truth
or she does not want me 2 feel bad if she
tells me am not satisfying her. pls, is
there any way i can knw if she is satisfied.
she always feel it if we ar making love,
