When we have no choice to life

life can be so funny at times
life can be so stressful at times
when those expected to raise you plan your fall
life so funny we can only see the smiles,
but little do we see whats inside the heart

Yes they want for you to succeed
but believe me my brother never!!
again i say NEVER will they want it
That you grow than them...

life so funny play on our beliefs
obstructs us with somethings
yet we cant reject not disagree
we yet to go on and on with it

life so funny we get to mkove on
And on with them because we have no choice
No matter how bad some people are
we are connected with them and have no choice

Its our destiny and so it it our calling

Rio Olympics 2016: Usain Bolt wins 200m gold, his eighth Olympic gold

Image result for usain bolt rioThe Jamaican, who said in February he would retire after the 2017 World Championships, has won all eight of the Olympic finals in which he has appeared.
"The fact I came here and executed what I wanted to is a brilliant feeling," he told BBC Sport.
"I wasn't happy with the time when I crossed the line but I'm excited I got the gold medal - that's the key thing."
Only US sprinter and long jumper Carl Lewis and Finnish long-distance runner Paavo Nurmi have won more Olympic gold medals in athletics.
Lewis won nine golds between 1984 and 1996, while Nurmi also won nine between 1920 and 1928.

"What else can I do to prove I am the greatest? I'm trying to be one of the greatest, to be among Ali and Pele," added Bolt.
"I have made the sport exciting, I have made people want to see the sport. I have put the sport on a different level."
Bolt believed he could break his world record of 19.19 and even go under 19 seconds in Rio's Olympic Stadium.
So the slow time - by his standards at least - left the Jamaican gesticulating angrily as he crossed the line more than two tenths of a second ahead of De Grasse.
But Bolt quickly broke into a beaming smile, celebrating with a trademark 'Lightning Bolt' as thousands of fans chanted his name.

Court Turns Down Ekiti Govt’s Motion to Stop Probe of Accounts by EFCC

Ayo FayoseEkiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose

An Ekiti State High Court in Ado Ekiti on Thursday declined to grant an ex-parte order sought by the Ekiti state government to restrain the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from investigating the finances of the state.
The News Agency of Nigeria,(NAN) reports that Justice Cornelius Akintayorefused to grant the order on the grounds that all the defendants in the case must first be put on notice to enable them prepare for their defence at the court.
The judge consequently adjourned the suit to August 23 and ordered all parties in the suit to appear before him when the motion on notice would be heard.
The suit was filed by Ekiti State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice,Owoseni Ajayi, to stop the impending investigation of the accounts of the state government by the anti graft agency.
Another relief sought by the plaintiffs was an order stopping the arrest of the Commissioner for Finance, Accountant-General, and the managers of the banks in which the state has commitments.
Commenting on the ruling,, a legal practitioner, Kolade Ilesanmi, who came for another matter in the same court commended Justice Akintayo for rejecting the motion to prevent the anti-graft agencies from investigating Ekiti government accounts.
“Myself and another counsel, Abubakar Ajibade, are here in the same court for different matters but we stood up as friends of the Court and commend the judge for the ruling.
We also adverted the minds of the Court to similar case before the Akwa Ibom High Court in which the judge granted a motion exparte which has now landed him trouble with the National Judicial Council (NJC).
From the legal point of view, any matter involving federal institutions is usually heard by the Federal High Court save for the matters that border on Fundamental Rights enforcement in which both the Federal High Courts and State High Courts are seized with jurisdiction,” he said

7 Things He Wants You to Know About Going Down On You No. 4 is just the right thing to do.

1. He's got a limited lung capacity. You can only sit on his face for so long before he needs to come up for air. Don't get mad at him because he occasionally had to stop for a little breather in between going to town on you. Let's face it, if either one of you had to choose between making your partner orgasm and not suffocating, you know what you'd choose.

2. Tending to your secret garden is your choice. For the most part, guys are really not going to care about your general pubic situation, but I think we can all admit a mouthful of pubic hair isn't always the sexiest thing you can have in bed.

3. Feel free to guide him. "Lead a horse to water," so to speak. Grab his hair and give him the guided tour. He won't mind you showing him the ropes.

4. Please tap out if it's not going to happen.
You have to know, in your heart, if there's just no way he's going to make you orgasm. If you're not sure, by all means, let him keep trying to get you there. But if it's been two hours and the only thing lubricating your vagina at this point are his tears, then maybe let him know it isn't working.

5. Use your words . Sometimes it's tough to tell if you want him to move his hand under the small of your back or play with your butt hole. Do you want him to pinch your nipples? Why do you keep grabbing his hands and pushing them around? Just say what you want, especially when his mouth is too busy to ask.

6. Do your best not to be self-conscious. Act like we're not here. Get into it. If it feels right, play with your nipples (please, let it feel right). Do what you need to do. We're sharing a common goal here right now. Plus, our tongue is in your vagina — we feel equally self-conscious.

7. Give us a heads up when you're about to come. We need to brace ourselves, because we need to prepare ourselves for the possibility that you might box our ears with your thighs and squeeze our heads like a melon until you're done

He asserted that the Gas pipeline site is the largest industrial site in the world and there is an extremely good relationship with the community. “This Gas pipeline sight is eight times the size of Victoria Island.

It was designed to process a large variety of crudes, including all the African crudes, a range of Middle Eastern crudes and US crudes.

The refinery has flexibility to convert kerosene to jet/diesel,” he added. Dangote noted that his business policy is not solely for profit making but to make Nigerians happy, saying “I am a proud Nigerian. I do not own even a 9inch block outside Nigeria. When I travel, I stay in a hotel”. He stated that for instance,  “Dangote cement, if we take it to Ghana, we will make N500 on each bag, but we didn’t do that. We (Dangote Group) are attacking the economy with a policy of no more import, which will create jobs.

We are suffering today because we have not diversify the economy of Nigeria.” Expressing satisfaction over the ongoing Gas pipeline, Vice President Osinbajo, said the project will supply three billion cubic feet of gas daily and had the potential of solving the problem of electricity shortage which had plagued the nation for decades.

According to him, the investment as a whole was an incredible industrial project being the largest and the most ambitious in Africa and possibly the entire world. Addressing journalists after a two-hour presentation on the entire project, Osinbajo described the Gas pipeline as a major asset for the country, if it can be done. “For me, that is the most important project that could be done in this country. It will be a major boost for industrial development,” he stated. Osinbajo explained that the sub-sea installation, estimated at N500 billion, would go all the way from Bonny in Rivers State through Ogedegbe, Olokola to Lekki and Escravos Lagos pipeline and then West Africa Gas Pipeline.

Talking about securing the refinery, Osinbajo said the pipeline the was installed under the sea. “It is a subsea project. It is fortified and goes into the sea. It is not what anybody can go there and vandalise with the way it is designed. It is designed to prevent vandalisation.

It is designed very deep into the sea,” the vice president maintained. Osinbajo opined that at the completion of the Gas pipeline,  it is meant to refine 650,000 barrels per day. He said, “By all projection, it is the largest in the world.

It has a petro-chemical plant. It also has fertilizer plant, which is projected to be the largest in the world. “The refinery will take off in the first quarter of 2019. I think the sub-sea gas pipeline, which is very important project, is meant to take off in 2018. “The gas pipeline project there. It is an incredible industrial undertaking.

It is possibly the largest and the most ambitious on the continent today. It is truly inspiring” Dignitaries that accompanied Osinbajo to the refinery site are the Minister of Solid Minerals, Dr. Kayode Fayemi; Minister of Works, Power & Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola (SAN); Minister of Industry, Trade & Investment, Mr. Okechukwu Enelamah; Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun and former Ekiti State Governor, Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo among others.

Sahara group, Kunle Afolayan extend film competition deadline Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/07/sahara-group-kunle-afolayan-extend-film-competition-deadline/

*Kunle

Sahara Group and foremost Nigerian film producer, Kunle Afolayan have extended the deadline for application to the ongoing “Grooming Film Extrapreneurs with Kunle Afolayan” project following requests from young film makers across the nation. Submission of entries into the competition which was designed to provide a hub for budding film makers to express their skills under the tutelage of Kunle Afolayan, now ends on August 28, 2016. *Kunle Bethel Obioma, Head, Corporate Communications, Sahara Group, said the company was delighted to extend the previous deadline of July 25 in response to the quality of entries so far received and endless appeals from aspiring film makers. The first of a series of activities to mark the 20th anniversary of Sahara Group, the project seeks to connect young film makers with stakeholders that can help hone their skills to enhance productivity, excellence and sustainability in their careers Young film makers in Nigeria can join the competition by channeling their creativity into celebrating entrepreneurship in Nigeria by shooting a 15-minute documentary that captures entrepreneurs at work across the nation. The theme of the documentary should focus on: “My Nigeria, My Platform…Nigeria through an entrepreneur’s eyes.’ The competition is open to film makers not older than 35 years. “We unveiled this project about two weeks ago and have already received interesting entries which reinforce our belief in the boundless creativity of Nigerians. We are hopeful that the extension would give more participants the opportunity to be part of the project that is set to produce a new crop of excellent movie producers. Interested participants should visit www.saharaextrapreneurs.org to learn how to submit their documentaries,” the company’s spokesperson said. The 15-minute documentaries are expected to highlight the story of Nigerian entrepreneurs, with a focus on how their activities are providing sustainable solutions, creating employment and promoting socio-economic development in the nation. All submitted documentaries will be screened by the multiple award-winning Kunle Afolayan and the overall winner will undergo a mentorship programme with the leading film producer and director for six (6) months. The entries will be whittled down to a shortlist of 20, a number that is commemorative of Sahara’s 20th anniversary. These 20 entries will then go on to the final stage from where a winner will be selected. Afolayan urged young film makers to take advantage of the extension to produce entries that will shape a positive narrative for Nigeria as a nation with enterprising, resilient and creative people. He stated that the overall winner would ultimately become a much sought after professional and inspire a revolution that will produce more movie makers in Nigeria. “I believe in this project and working together with Sahara Group is a partnership that will boost the movie industry in future. I will be looking out for creativity and inspiring stories. We do not expect participants to commit a huge budget to their documentaries, all you need is a story that commands attention.” Afolayan had during the launch of the project stated that the overall winner would have an opportunity to improve markedly on various aspects of film making including: style of storytelling, subject matter interpretation, audio and visual quality, aesthetics as well as understanding of the perspective of a story. “More important, the winner will also learn the commercial side of film making so that he or she is not just a good film maker, but also be a wealthy film maker,” he added.

Pretty Little Liars Star Sasha Pieterse Shuts Down Body Shamers in Candid Letter

Sasha Pieterse, who continues to kick serious ass on Pretty Little Liars as Ali, has taken to her social media accounts to send a message for her haters. The letter addresses her recent weight fluctuations as a result of her hormonal imbalance,
something she revealed on Instagram last year. As Sasha notes, despite her honesty and point to mention that "I am and will always be 'under construction'" with her weight, the name calling and ridiculing continues.
A lot of people responded well, and there were many people in the industry that supported what I had to say. That didn't meant that it just disappeared and people stopped talking about it, in fact it made people talk about it more. Not that I was surprised, but it disturbed me that so many females were so quick to tear me down on a subject that we all struggle with.

At this point, Sasha says that she's learned to love herself the way she is right now. "That doesn't mean I don't want to improve myself, it means that I am making a point to love myself at every stage and chapter of my life. I know I will get to where I want to be, and I know that I will do it in a healthy way."

In June 2015, Sasha revealed that she had been battling a "bad hormone imbalance that has thrown my body completely out of whack." She wrote a similar message about self-love : "YOU and YOUR health are what matters, not anyone else's opinions and assumptions of you. Getting healthy isn't just about working out and eating right (however extremely important) it's also about surrounding yourself with those who care about you and want to see you succeed and become the best you can be."

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa Went to a Strip Club to "Celebrate Our Love" Now that's an amicable split.

When most people break up with their exes, they spend the aftermath with some Ben and Jerry's and wine. But Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are not most people, clearly.
TMZ reports that the exes finalized their divorce Monday and filed their settlement with the court. Wiz kept their house in Pennsylvania and 10 of their cars, while Amber gets $1 million through their prenup and child support for their son, Sebastian.

Their divorce was so amicable, they even had an after-party. They reportedly hit a strip club that night, and brought a gigantic stack of dollar bills to hand out to the dancers. It's a definite turnaround from the way their messy split started, with allegations of infidelity, tattoo removals , and lots of angry tweets .

Amber responded to the reports and clarified that they weren't celebrating their divorce, but rather appreciating the love they still have. It's a refreshing move for the former couple and serious breakup goals for the rest of us.

"Too much fun with my Ex hubby last night & no we didn't celebrate our divorce we celebrated our love 4 each other cuz that never goes away

See What Happened When One Woman Recreated Britney's Album Art With Toilet Paper

Last night, Britney Spears took to Twitter to announce that her new single "Make Me" featuring G-Easy is now available on iTunes. The tweet included a picture of the single's cover art, which shows Britney in all her tan-skinned and flat-abbed glory walking through a barren wasteland in thigh-high white leather boots and a voluminous white bikini, a dramatic train flowing behind her in the desert breeze.

"

"How could I say no to a life-long dream of becoming Britney, even a low-budget, toilet paper version?" said Ali Drucker, 26. "Real talk: back when I was in college, more than one person had her hit 'Circus' set to the ringtone whenever I called, so I honestly jumped at the chance to re-create her latest look."

Such a momentous occasion deserves some sort of fitting tribute, and imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but how could an average woman who is not a pop star recreate Britney's single cover with no bikini, no boots, and no dry desert wasteland? Easy.
Behold: "Making" featuring T.P

"I'm shocked at how durable the TP ensemble wound up being. Throughout the 15 minute process of getting wrapped up like a beach-bound mummy, we only had one or two 'uh oh' moments when I split my bra open. While I probably wouldn't pick this look for impromptu desert photo shoots, I definitely feel just a little bit closer to pop's reigning queen."
So here's to you, Britney Spears! Congrats on your new single. It's the shit!
